Yoga for Kids (5+)
Every Monday, we start together with our light ritual and gentle breathing exercises, and then we embark on a journey full of imagination into Yoga Land. There, the children will playfully learn yoga sequences inspired by the animal and plant world.
When:
Mondays starting from January 5, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM. The course will take place with a minimum of 4 children.
Fee: (per session)
4 €, 3 € for members of Dorfhelden e.V.
Where:
DGH Singlis
What to bring:
A mat, a cozy blanket, and comfortable clothing. Cuddly friends and lively companions are always welcome.
