BLACK PATTI / THE LETTNERS COMBO

Black Patti – that’s Peter Crow C. and Ferdinand “Jelly Roll” Kraemer. For over 10 years, the two Blues & Roots musicians have been performing together on international stages and festivals. With their two-part harmonies, handcrafted sound, and unfiltered storytelling, the award-winning duo shares songs that tell the stories of life.

Musically, Black Patti draws inspiration from the unique blend of rural styles that emerged in the USA before World War II. With their extremely diverse repertoire, the Southern Germans present intricately crafted and touching roots music that spans deep black Delta Blues, bouncy Ragtime, and soulful Spirituals.

The Lettners Combo
Here, there’s no safety net or double bottom, just pure, sweat-inducing music! The Lettners Combo roars, screeches, weeps, rocks, and oozes through the joys and sorrows of love, all in the authentic sound of the 1950s. The sound, consistently unpretentious and with a strong focus on authenticity, is specially crafted for each song and moves between New Orleans and Tennessee, Country and Western, and even Rock and Roll; Bluegrass also makes an appearance.
