A Report from the Underworld of Success
Mediocrity is where we all feel at home. Until recently, actress and guardian Suse L. only knew success from television and social media, mostly witnessing the success of others. But since her artistic persona "Lockdown Linde" has found a small audience, she has begun to entertain the (absurd) thought that success might also be meant for her. Join Ms. L. as she tries to get to the bottom of the micro-processes of everyday life, invents parenting advice only to not apply it at all, dissects her fellow human beings to then rebuild them, or hopefully tries to laugh away her own shortcomings. Throughout all this, she fearlessly gazes into the deep underpasses of her life and attempts to refute the thesis that her talent probably doesn't even reach as far as Schruns-Tschagguns. And when you come from the west (of Germany), that really isn't very far!
"Welcome Home" is the first cabaret program of freelance actress Suse Lichtenberger, who lives in Vienna and grew up in the Black Forest. Now, in her mid-40s, she is also doing cabaret. Are the chances better than at the municipal theater? Well, if she thinks so.
