Mostviertler Field Experiment - Alpjus and Verjus

During the last Mostviertel field trial at the Nährer inn, a non-alcoholic beverage was created together. This time, the drinks are ready and have evolved further. New experiments and new flavors: Alpjus and Verjus. Mike Nährer and Tom Dockner are happy to share their knowledge and invite some of the guests to participate between courses.

"Without" is not necessarily the new "with" – but an alternative to alcohol is certainly welcome. This is what Mike Nährer and Tom Dockner thought when creating their dandelion drink, a still, low-sugar, herb-infused food companion. It will be available for tasting at the latest edition of the Mostviertel field trials. It is meant to accompany a five-course menu featuring everything that the garden and spice cabinet have to offer.
