Björn von Morgenstern

In his first solo program, Björn von Morgenstern talks about youth in the countryside – between roundabout festivals and other creative events. He also discusses how crazy the big wide world is when you get to know most things much later than everyone else. It’s no wonder that he has also interpreted his time in the military rather creatively. Serious moments are rare, but it’s always absurd and funny.

ABOUT BJÖRN: Björn von Morgenstern is currently the most sought-after newcomer in the German comedy scene. He is a stand-up newcomer and acted in theater from the ages of 15 to 18. In 2013, he won first place in the category of "Joke Teller" during his high school graduation (in a double year). It was clear from that moment on that he would eventually take his stories to the stage, and that time has now come. He shares stories about his life and the misunderstandings he has experienced. He enjoys leading the audience in the wrong direction, only to take a completely different turn at the end. He is especially known for his smirking grin – and by the end, it feels like we are all already friends.

Björn is a finalist for the NightWash Talent Award 2024, the winner of the Cologne Comedy Clash 2025, and has gained a lot of experience with over 250 performances on mix show stages in just a few months, where he regularly delights the audience, in addition to appearances at the Downstairs Comedy Club, NightWash, and the Quatsch Comedy Club. In April 2025, a few videos went viral on Björn's Instagram channel, allowing him to gain 30,000 followers almost overnight and build a new loyal community. Starting in August 2025, Björn von Morgenstern will host his first own open mic every Monday at the trendy Comedy Club Düsseldorf with the show "BOM – BEST OPEN MIC."
