Dealing with Cyber Threats and Fake News

"‘Earn 2,500 euros in 3 hours with 250 euros’ or ‘The world population should be chipped due to climate change’ are some fabricated stories that entice people to click on posts online and believe them.

Alongside the many positive opportunities offered on the internet, there are numerous dangers, such as fake news, online fraud, and viruses. In this workshop with Ms. Mag. Alen Velagic BA (media coach), we will address these threats, discuss action strategies based on concrete examples, and contribute to eliminating them to feel safer. This workshop has an interactive character, inviting participation and demonstrating ways to verify fakes and facts in social media, emails, and private messages.
