for "SOULDANCE – EVERYTHING THAT MOVES ME!"
Dance Performance Course for Everyone Dance is a fusion of body and soul and makes all the invisible things that move us visible! All our emotions, desires, craziness, memories, strengths and vulnerabilities, fears and hopes are reflected in our entire body and enjoy expressing themselves through movement. No prior knowledge is required for this course, and physical limitations are not a barrier. On one hand, we will get to know ourselves and the group through dance and discover together. On the other hand, we will find out which themes and stories touch and move us personally and how we can translate these into danced/moved images that we will also present to an audience at the end. I draw from a lifelong and diverse treasure of dance experience. Ballet, jazz, modern, contemporary, contact improvisation, play fight, circle dances, and folklore are some of the dance styles we will use to focus on the following content in the sessions: Basic dance and body training Presence and expression Contact, communication, touch, and relationship Emotions Improvisation and composition Development of the final performance
