National and international piano competition winners present works by Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Liszt, Schumann, Gillock, and others. The moderation includes exciting stories about the composers and their works. The audience can expect a demanding program featuring piano pieces by J. S. Bach, W. A. Mozart, L. v. Beethoven, F. Chopin, F. Liszt, C. Schumann, W. Gillock, and others, as well as an award ceremony for the prize winners. The concert will be performed by successful winners of national and international piano competitions. Students of Galina Fantsuzova, Elena Ivchenko, Svetlana Zaharova, Tatjana Worm-Sawosskaja, and Dmitrij Koschew, aged six to seventeen, will perform: Malina Díaz Hoffmann, Nadja Sommer, Anselm Inselmann, Emilia Bauer, Gioele Infurna, Stefan Patrick Simu, Yohann and Henrik Klinger, Arjun Mukhopadhyay, Daniel Stang, and many other young talents. The experienced ten-year-old Emilia Bauer and twelve-year-old Stefan Patrick Simu will guide the evening with short informative and exciting stories about the composers and their works. The Schwetzingen Piano Studio Worm-Sawosskaja is a unique private institution in Germany that aims to provide music-loving children from the age of four with a solid piano education according to international standards. Piano lessons are conducted as individual sessions twice a week, and for scholarship students of the Sambet Foundation, even three times a week. In addition, there are mandatory subjects such as music theory/aural training and music history, as well as numerous public and internal performances, exams, and tests. The result of this well-thought-out structure of music education for children and adolescents is outstanding. Since the founding of the piano studio, students have been awarded several hundred times as successful prize winners in renowned national and international piano competitions, including in London, New York, Atlanta, Montreal, Toronto, Hong Kong, Paris, Barcelona, Athens, Granada, Treviso, Budapest, St. Petersburg, Luxembourg, Salzburg, Berlin, Munich, St. Georgen, Köthen, Bitburg, Karlsruhe, and many other cities. Many graduates of the piano studio are now working as lecturers at music colleges, music schools, and general education schools.
