In the course of his work on the musical THE MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET (2021/22), Werner Auer, who portrayed the charismatic country singer Johnny Cash in this production, discovered his love for Cash's music. Now, he has created a full-length program from this love, in which he, together with exceptional guitarist Bernhard Krinner, traces Johnny Cash's musical career from his early hits "Hey Porter" and "Folsom Prison Blues" to classics like "Walk the Line" and "Ring of Fire," and up to his later works such as "Personal Jesus" and "Hurt" from the legendary "American Recordings." Look forward to an evening of songs dedicated to the "Man in Black."
