Over 100 years of Crystal Wheat. July 10, 1924, is considered the "birthday" of Crystal Wheat, and the Edelweiss Brewery Farny is recognized as the inventor of this beer specialty. At Farny, ten types of beer are brewed, including six wheat beers. To this day, Farny Crystal Wheat is by far the strongest variety of the brewery and is well-known and popular far beyond the borders of the region. We will now show you that beer also harmonizes perfectly in the kitchen. Look forward to a culinary fireworks display.
