Poolbar Festival 2026: Moop Mama

For over 15 years, the brass band from Munich has been shaking up the music scene: a truly unusual mix of hip hop, pop, rap, funk, soul, ragga, and dance, presented with a strong brass and percussion ensemble – and a successful one at that. The spontaneous street gigs from their early days have long since turned into concert hall performances. However, Moop Mama aims not only to entertain but also calls for more solidarity in their socially critical and ironic lyrics. Numerous albums have been released, with the latest being "Wieder Laut," featuring the new frontwoman Älice, which they describe as "a perfect match," set to be released in 2024. Anyone attending their summer concert should be warned: this evening will be one loud party! (own/dob)
