Semester Vacation Play: Ice Princess Meets Prince Winter

The semester break starts on Saturday at the museum with a new letter quiz and scavenger hunt. Because winter and carnival fun takes place not only outdoors but also at the Schattenburg Museum.

For the semester break game, you don't need winter gear or carnival costumes. The masks will guide you to the sought-after solution word. Depending on your age, you can complete different tasks. The youngest will search for and count our masks in the museum. The students among you will note the letters on them for the solution word in the correct order on the puzzle card. And those who are really quick will surely find the corresponding object in the castle as well. Anyone who wants can post a photo of themselves or the museum on Instagram with the hashtag #schattenburgmuseum.

Three free family admissions for the year 2026 will be raffled among all legibly completed holiday game cards.

What to bring: Good mood, puzzle enthusiasm, and something to write with. Or you can purchase our cool Schattenburg pencil for €1.00, which will surely serve you well later on.
