City Tour Stein

The old town of Stein captivates with its unique character: quieter, more original, and almost a bit hidden compared to Krems. As you stroll through the narrow alleys and picturesque passages, you immerse yourself in a world between the Middle Ages, art, and urban lifestyle. Discover galleries and contemporary art as well as architectural highlights – from the Krems Gate to the Town Hall and Schürer Square, all the way to the impressive Frauenberg Church. Afterwards, the Stein Wine Festival invites you to enjoy the special charm of the old town by the Danube, with its idyllic streets, local wines from regional winemakers, culinary delights from associations/businesses, and live music.
