VLADIMIR KOSTADINOVIC QUARTET (SRB/CZ/SK)

The bandleader Vladimir Kostadinović, an outstanding drummer, has been one of the defining figures of the international jazz scene for over two decades. His unique playing style and musical versatility have earned him worldwide recognition. Renowned jazz publications such as Modern Drummer, Jazz Times, and Down Beat praise him as a "world-class drummer" and a "true innovator" who expands the boundaries of traditional drumming.

Throughout his impressive career, he has collaborated with numerous giants of the jazz world, including Chris Potter, Kevin Hays, Gregory Porter, Jim Rotondi, Seamus Blake, Benny Golson, and Dusko Gojković, to name just a few.

His latest album "Iris," recorded in New York and released on the legendary jazz label Criss Cross Jazz, has received outstanding reviews from the international music press. On "Iris," Kostadinović presents an all-star lineup featuring some of the most significant jazz artists of our time – including Chris Potter, Ben Wendel, Joe Locke, and Alex Sipiagin.

In Bruck, Kostadinović will present the album with the excellent Czech and Slovak musicians Štěpán Flagar, Štefan "Pišta" Bartuš, and Alan Bartuš.
