Parallel program at the Engelhof winery: Open vineyard day with guided tours of the vineyard and cellar, wine tastings, and exhibition All wine lovers and music fans look forward to the annual wine festival in Hohentengen. Days before the event, the town hall square and the parking lot of the multi-purpose hall are transformed into a festival area where visitors can spend a cozy weekend in the festival tents or sheds or enjoy the latest wines at a wine fountain accompanied by beautiful music. The festival kicks off on Friday with a craftsmen's snack accompanied by traditional music, followed by a DJ who will get the party started. On Saturday, the festivities begin at 4:00 p.m., and at 6:00 p.m., various music clubs will perform before the band "six2seven" takes the stage at 8:00 p.m. On Sunday, the festival continues in classic style with a morning pint concert, followed by a performance by the Zumba Kids and a hip-hop group called "NoName Z" in the afternoon. The afternoon concert starts at 2:00 p.m., and the daycare centers offer a play street for the little ones to enjoy. As a parallel program, the "Open Winery Day" will take place at the Engelhof, where you will have the opportunity to take part in guided tours of the vineyard and cellar on Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., or visit a wine tasting in the modern wine forum.
