Flamenco 360°: Soléa por Bulerías (SPB)

Flamenco 360° is an initiative of the Círculo Flamenco de Viena aimed at providing a comprehensive understanding of a Flamenco style (Palo) through a series of theoretical and practical courses. The selected Palo for 2026 is Soleá por Bulerías. We explore the origins, history, rhythm, structure, and melodic styles, as well as their significance for dance, guitar, percussion, and singing. Finally, we apply the acquired knowledge in 10 practical sessions. The course series is aimed at aficionados, musicians, dancers, and singers. The goal is to achieve a deep understanding and the necessary quality for an authentic performance.

Instructors:
Mónica Clavijo: trained Flamenco singer (Cristina Heeren Flamenco Foundation Sevilla) and Flamenco singing teacher. Director of the Círculo Flamenco de Viena.
Nadia Mazur: trained Flamenco dancer (Cristina Heeren Flamenco Foundation Sevilla), Flamenco teacher, and director of Tablao Flamenco Warszawa.
Flaco de Nerja: guitarist and composer. Finalist in the prestigious competition "Concurso Nacional del Arte Flamenco de Cordoba" (2001 and 2004).
Yulia Kuleshova: Flamenco dancer and teacher. Master of Flamencology (ESMUC Barcelona).
Mateo Garriga: Flamenco percussionist and music teacher.
