The lime works

For years, Konrad has wanted to write a unique study on hearing. To finally be able to concentrate fully on it, he auctions off a decommissioned lime works. In seclusion, away from the disturbing influence of the noisy society, he begins work on his grand project. His paralyzed wife serves as his test subject: for weeks and months, he tests the effects of various consonants, vowels, and sound combinations on the defenseless woman. However, Konrad struggles to put his thoughts on paper.
