Sebastian Holecek, a sought-after opera star and concert singer, has performed during his studies at the Music Academy in Holland, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. In 1990/1991, he was engaged at the Gärtnerplatztheater in Munich, where he sang roles such as Figaro, Don Giovanni, and Harlekin. Since that engagement, he has sung at opera houses around the world, including the State Opera Unter den Linden, in Paris, Munich, Beijing, New York, Cape Town, Monte Carlo, Madrid, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Turin, Naples, London, Tel Aviv, Prague, and Stuttgart. In 2006, he became a member of the ensemble at the Vienna Volksoper.

Bass-Baritone Sebastian Holecek will be accompanied at Schloss Halbturn by the internationally acclaimed conductor and concert pianist Jimmy CB Chiang.
