The entertaining boat trip with the MS Seestern departs from Gaienhofen and Steckborn, traveling along the Swiss Thurgau shore to Ermatingen, and on the German side around the island of Reichenau into Lake Constance to Allensbach, returning via Lake Zeller to Steckborn and Gaienhofen. Guests will learn interesting and surprising stories about pirates, painters, poets, and murderers, as well as monks, drunkards, nuns, and excerpts from the history of the individual towns, narrated by Marion Preuss, who settled in Hemmenhofen a few years ago after her career as a Swiss TV presenter.
