A treat for beer lovers and gourmets alike! We look forward to seeing you. Our brewery is located at the end of the Laufbach Valley in the Glashütte district of Lauf. Gently nestled in the valley landscape of the northern Black Forest, in the immediate vicinity of the reservoir, at the foot of the Spitzbuckel. The Spitzbuckel spring also rises here at the Spitzbuckel, whose soft mountain spring water is the ideal basis for our delicious beers. Using only the highest quality raw materials, we brew traditional beers by hand in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516. We use malts from the region and high-quality hops. At the same time, we attach great importance to the yeast cultures we use. After the main fermentation, our beers are bottled unfiltered. The second fermentation then takes place in the bottle.
