This year, the special exhibition at the Municipal Museum is dedicated to the city's landmark: St. Nicholas Cathedral.
The five-nave Überlingen cathedral is the largest Gothic church on Lake Constance. The building, its history, and its precious furnishings are full of mysteries and secrets. Some of these can now be revealed. The exhibition presents nationally significant works of art from five centuries, unknown finds, curious objects, models, designs, construction plans, and historical photographs.
