Pond Festival Hierholz

Weiherhock at the Hierholzer Pond

In good weather, the Hierholzer Landjugend traditionally opens the legendary Hierholzer Pond Festival on the first Saturday in July. Here, young and old gather for a cozy get-together with delicious homemade cakes, salads, and freshly grilled food. In a family atmosphere, the Landjugend Hierholz will serve guests from 3 PM throughout the day. The program begins in the afternoon with the recorder group of the youth music Dachsberg/Ibach and the Zumba Kids from TuS Dachsberg. Following that, the festival will be musically accompanied by the youth music Dachsberg/Ibach and then by the Dachsberg traditional costume band. With a cool beer or an Aperol Spritz in hand, the pond festival invites you to celebrate and linger late into the night in its idyllic setting.
