Tettnang Hop Walk Day 2026

As one of the most significant hop-growing regions in Germany, the city of Tettnang celebrates the tradition and quality of local hops on Hopfentag (Hop Walking Day). Along the hop path, brewers from around the world will treat their guests to beer specialties in five villages. This Sunday, visitors to the Lake Constance region can expect more than 30 large and small breweries from the region, Germany, Italy, France, Austria, Asia, and the USA in five villages along the hop path between Tettnang and Sieggenweiler. Local clubs will provide high enjoyment with live music and delicious food. In the International Beer Village, in the music tent Dieglishofen, in the Beer Village with a sunny view, in Lindendorf, and in the Hopfengut Beer Village, there is something for everyone: from tender beef steak to tasty ice cream, from traditional brass band music to lively oldies rock, from bouncy castles to face painting for children. The three entry points, Meistersteig, Irrmannsberg, and Hopfengut, are managed by the Tettnang young hop planters. Meistersteig and Hopfengut are also connected by a shuttle bus. The ticket counters at Meistersteig and Hopfengut are typically very busy. A little insider tip is to enter the Hopfentag through the Irrmannsberg ticket counter.
