A calm, passive yoga style that is primarily practiced while sitting or lying down. The asanas (poses) can be held for between 1 to 20 minutes to stretch the connective tissue and fascia. The focus is on Yin, letting go, living in the "now," and accepting all sensations experienced in the moment. Yin Yoga is said to release blocked energies from our bodies through the long and deep holding of poses. Costs: per session €19 | 4-session block €64 | 10-session block €145.
