Unicycle World Championship at Wurbauerkogel

The downhill and uphill competitions take place in the existing bike park at Wurbauerkogel and offer thrilling action as well as impressive riding skills in an alpine setting. The area near the water reservoir at the foot of Wurbauerkogel is particularly attractive for visitors, providing a great vantage point to experience the exciting races up close.

The cross-country competition starts in the town center of Windischgarsten and takes participants over varied trails up to Wurbauerkogel and back down again. Over a distance of approximately 15 km and an elevation gain of 850 meters, the athletes must prove themselves. A special highlight for guests is the passage through the town, where sports and spectators come together.

The start and finish area at the marketplace in Windischgarsten forms the vibrant center of the event. Here, visitors can expect exhilarating finishes, an international atmosphere, and a sporty supporting program.
