Wednesday, October 28, and Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 10 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 4 PM. This year's theme for Grandparents' Days is: "Back to the STONE AGE." It starts with a guided tour of the New Museum and the outdoor facility. Here you will learn how people lived during the Neolithic period over 6,000 years ago, what they ate, and how they interacted with each other. Afterwards, you can choose to create a stylish leather pouch for your very own fire-making kit or a colorful bead necklace made of stone, wood, and snail shells. The event is specifically aimed at grandparents and their grandchildren (even mom and dad deserve a break sometimes). Participation costs €14 per person. The number of participants is limited, so be sure to secure your spot quickly!
