Mexican Week - Semana Mexicana in Winter In 2010, UNESCO added Mexican cuisine to the representative list of the intangible cultural heritage of humanity. It is characterized by the synthesis of pre-Columbian, French, Spanish, Arab, and Caribbean cooking traditions. Our chef Pablo combines all of this with great love to create a true explosion of flavors. Treat yourself to a little culinary vacation in Mexico from January 31 to February 8, 2026.
