Exhibition LISAS PHOTO STUDIO

Lisa Großkopf (*1989 in Vienna) studied at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, and at the Art University Linz. Her active exhibition practice has taken her to various venues, including exhibitions at Lentos, Belvedere 21, the Museum of Modern Art Salzburg, Kunsthaus Graz, and recently as part of the Ars Electronica Festival, as well as to cities like Tel Aviv, Hamburg, Budapest, Tehran, Düsseldorf, Bratislava, Amsterdam, Kassel, and Jacksonville, including solo exhibitions in Prague, Ljubljana, and Chongqing.

In her artistic practice, Lisa Großkopf navigates through familiar systems and orders. She is rightly considered one of the shooting stars in the Austrian photography art scene. In her interdisciplinary installations, she explores the interplay between aesthetics and the representation of reality. Her site-specific works are performative interventions in public space and encompass a variety of expressive forms, including photographs, videos, books, and posters. The exhibition "Lisa's Photo Studio" is a fictitious photo studio created by Lisa Großkopf in the gallery spaces of 20gerhaus. The curator of the exhibition is Daniela Wageneder-Stelzhammer.
