In the mood for a castle and a lake? Relaxed cycling tour in the Weinsberger Valley (V)

Completely stress-free: First, we leisurely ride up to the castle ruins, then casually cycle down to the lake and comfortably return through Lehrensteinsfeld back to the valley and the starting point. Perfect for everyone who wants to enjoy nature and culture in a relaxed setting! We cycle into the Weinberger Valley on mostly well-maintained bike paths between the vineyards. Our first stop takes us to the castle ruins of "Weibertreu," where we have the opportunity to explore and learn more about its historical significance. Afterwards, we continue on a flat route to the recreational area around Breitenauer Lake. From there, we ride leisurely through Willsbach and along the castle in Lehrensteinsfeld via cycling and forest paths towards Weinsberg. Before reaching our destination in Erlenbach, there is a small ascent waiting for us, after which the last kilometers invite us to unwind – ideal for concluding the tour with a stop for refreshments.
