Piano concert with Martin Nöbauer

The pianist Martin Nöbauer (*1997), who hails from Steyr, performs on both modern and historical instruments. He recently won second prize as well as the Klemens Kramer Special Prize at the 17th International Beethoven Piano Competition in Vienna, where he performed in the Golden Hall of the Vienna Musikverein with the Vienna Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Petr Popelka.

Martin Nöbauer is the first prize winner of the International Piano Competition "Classic on Danube" in Vienna, as well as the piano competition of the Hildegard Maschmann Foundation, which is aimed at European concert pianists. He has received additional awards and honors at the International Fortepiano Competition Musica Antiqua in Bruges, the International Summer Academy of the Mozarteum University Salzburg (performance at the Salzburg Festival), and the International Chamber Music Competition Fortepiano Plus Schloss Kremsegg (first prize).

He performed alongside Elisabeth Leonskaja at the Stars and Rising Stars Festival (Munich) and recently in the Great Hall of the Linz Brucknerhaus.
