The Haunsberg – Noble Seat and Imperial Splendor
From the Noble Freemen of Haunsberg and the Historical Visit of Emperor Joseph II. The former district chief of Salzburg-Umgebung, Councilor Mag. Reinhold Mayer (March 12, 1956, in Oberndorf), dedicates his lecture to the fascinating history of the Haunsberg. He illuminates the significance of the former noble seat, the tumultuous history of the Noble Freemen of Haunsberg, and the splendid historical visit of Emperor Joseph II.
An evening full of history, insights, and cultural-historical connections – vividly narrated and thoroughly researched. All history enthusiasts and friends of regional cultural history are warmly invited. Admission is free!
