**Hock am Spitzbuckel** **Flammkuchen and Spitzbuckel on tap** Our brewery is located at the end of the Laufbach Valley in the Glashütte district of Lauf. It is nestled in the valley landscape of the northern Black Forest, close to the reservoir at the foot of the Spitzbuckel. The Spitzbuckel spring also rises here at Spitzbuckel, whose soft mountain spring water is the ideal basis for our delicious beers. Using only the highest quality raw materials, we brew traditional beers by hand in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516. We use malts from the region and high-quality hops. At the same time, we attach great importance to the yeast cultures we use. After the main fermentation, our beers are bottled unfiltered. The second fermentation then takes place in the bottle. This makes each bottle unique. Before being enjoyed, each beer undergoes a long maturation period to develop its special flavor. Come by and enjoy a tarte flambée and a Spitzbuckel on tap!
