Winter Grilling at Spitzbuckel
Enjoy winter by the open fire with delicious grilled foods. Accompanying this is a Spitzbuckel enjoyment beer on tap. Beer cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and of course our non-alcoholic punch or GlühGIN with our HopfenGIN are also available. The dishes will be prepared by the Loud BBQ grill team led by Thomas Schnurr, who has come up with something really tasty for you. Stay tuned! We look forward to seeing you.
Our brewery workshop is located at the end of the Laufbach Valley in the Laufer district of Glashütte. Gently nestled in the valley landscape of the Northern Black Forest, in close proximity to the reservoir, at the foot of Spitzbuckel. Here at Spitzbuckel, the Spitzbuckel spring also rises, whose soft mountain spring water provides the optimal foundation for our enjoyable beers. Using only the highest quality raw materials, we brew traditional beers according to the German Beer Purity Law of 1516. We use malts from the region and high-quality hops. At the same time, we place great importance on the yeast cultures used. After the primary fermentation, our beers are bottled unfiltered. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle, making each bottle a unique creation. Before enjoyment, each beer undergoes a long maturation period to develop into a special taste experience.
