On Equal Pay Day, the House of Family, in collaboration with the Women's Representative and the Women's Council of the City of Heilbronn, as well as the Employment Agency, is launching a financial series that supports women in organizing their financial future in a self-determined manner. On Equal Pay Day, the House of Family, together with the Women's Representative of the City of Heilbronn, the Employment Agency, and the Women's Council Heilbronn, is starting a new, comprehensive financial series that helps women take control of their financial future. This is particularly important as women in Germany still earn less on average, work more often part-time, and bear the majority of unpaid caregiving work—leading to significant consequences for financial independence and retirement planning. Our kickoff event for Equal Pay Day, "Financial Planning for Women – Quick and Easy to a Personal Overview," featuring financial advisor Yvonne Preisach, will demonstrate live and online how women can gain clarity and make self-determined decisions despite a complex financial market. The presentation will be understandable, practical, and directly applicable.
