In the Footsteps of Sustainability

The topic of sustainability is more relevant than ever. On our hike, we will travel back to the origins of this term in the Upper Harz mining industry: What did the miners and foresters understand by sustainability back then? How has this understanding changed over the centuries? We will explore these and other questions using the example of raw material and energy use at the Oderteich. The event can also be offered for groups on other dates upon request.
