The traditional Schierker Cow Ball will once again invite all Schierker residents, visitors, and guests to celebrate the end of summer together at the end of September 2026. Nearly 30 years ago, the first toast to the Cow Ball was made with beer and fresh Harz milk in the wild and romantically situated meadows at the Schierker Quesenbank. Since then, this local festival has become an indispensable part of the event calendar and ranks among the highlights of the spa town, alongside Walpurgis Night and the Schierker Music Summer. Symbolically, the Cow Ball is always celebrated on the last Saturday in September. Details about the program for 2026 will be announced soon.
