With the mountain bike along picturesque mountain streams

Guided moderate MTB half-day tour for advanced bikers through the Harz National Park. This tour involves some elevation gain. Additionally, trails with some exposed sections can be expected. We will take our time to explore the particularly protected nature of the North German low mountain range. Many Harz streams, such as the Bode or the Oder, originate in the still intact raised bogs. But how does a bog actually form? And what makes a bog so special? What influence does humanity have on their current state? Discussing these questions will be part of the program alongside the nature experience on the last tour of the MTB season 2026. Self-catering. There is a limited refreshment option at the forest inn Rinderstall (vending machines). Equipment: Helmet is mandatory! A technically sound MTB is required. eMTBs are also welcome.
