Jogging according to the Barefoot School System

As part of the 30th Juist Health Weeks, you will get to know jogging according to the Barefoot School System: slowly, mindfully, and without performance pressure. The route is tailored individually and personally to the participants' capabilities – sometimes just 1.5 km, sometimes more. Overexertion is consciously avoided to ensure enjoyment and motivation remain. It's not about pushing yourself too hard, but rather connecting with your own body. The motto: Stop when it’s at its best. The concept also includes small barefoot sessions that make direct contact with the ground tangible and strengthen the foot muscles. Whether barefoot, in barefoot shoes, or in regular running shoes – what matters is a pace that benefits both body and mind.

**Further information on Barefoot Jogging on Juist:** Participation fee: €105.00 The courses of the Health Week are usually very popular and quickly booked out. Therefore, please book your spot early. You can conveniently purchase your tickets online at juist.shop/veranstaltung. Minimum number of participants: 8 Maximum number of participants: 15

**Juist Health Week:** The Juist Health Week is a true institution. It has been around for 30 years and is not the least bit tired. On the contrary: participants love the courses of the Health Week and often inquire when they will be available for booking again! For a week, everything revolves around your physical health. The Health Week consists of weekly courses, so you buy a ticket for the entire week. If you participate in one of the courses, the accompanying program is free for you (lectures and early morning courses). Non-participants are also warmly welcome to the accompanying program if they purchase a ticket. You can also book individual health consultations during the Health Week. The coaches of the Health Week offer the following coaching sessions:
- Per-Olof Wassen: individual running consultation
- Andrea Kornfeld: alternative health consultation
- Wiltrud Lindemann: physiotherapeutic health consultation

The coaching costs €15 per session and lasts 20 minutes. Please book your appointment online in advance.
