Finding tranquility in movement with exercises from Wudang Qigong - Health Week Monday, April 13 – Friday, April 17 House of the Spa Guest, Great Hall - North Side, 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM The Wudang tradition is a very old tradition, whose exercise systems were cultivated and passed down for a long time only in the Daoist monasteries of China. The foundation of this course is a beautiful Qigong form from the Wudang tradition. The exercise sequence consists of five steps and six movements, in which the movement of the body is harmonized with the tranquility of the mind. In preliminary exercises, an idea of physical and mental relaxation will first be developed, which can best be described as a state without a flood of thoughts and physical blockages. The six movement exercises ultimately deepen the principle of tranquility in movement. The course requires no prior knowledge and is aimed at all interested individuals who enjoy learning new forms of movement. Please bring comfortable workout clothing and non-slip footwear. You can also book individual health consultations during Health Week.
