"Between Heaven and Earth" - Health Week

Between Heaven and Earth - Sound Meditation on Juist Friday, April 17 House of the Spa Guests, Beach Sports Room, 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM The island of Juist is an ideal place for this workshop – here we are so close to all the elements. Our Celtic ancestors lived in close harmony with the cycle of the seasons and in conscious connection with heaven and earth. Every six weeks – at the beginning and in the middle of each season – they celebrated so-called "Fire Days," which are today's holidays. On these days, they rested from work, paused, and wandered, led by the village elders, to special places where they felt the earth's energy particularly strongly. There, they lit a fire to connect the power of the earth with the power of heaven – and in doing so, they also renewed their own inner connection with both. Today, in a time of acceleration, many people have lost this conscious connection to nature, soul, and the elements. With this sound workshop, I want to create space for inner reflection, for conscious listening, feeling, perceiving, and connecting. Content: Gentle, holistic exercises (either sitting or lying down), "earthy" and "airy" sounds, a relaxing sound journey, and a body prayer.
