Discover the child within you – Back to nature and playfully embracing lightness

When was the last time you allowed yourself to simply play, marvel, and clear your mind? Without appointments. Without performance pressure. Just being outside – in nature, at your own pace. This invitation is aimed at adults who wish for a conscious break from everyday life.
What to expect:
Together, we will rediscover nature – without time pressure, playfully, and with space for personal experiences. You can look forward to moments of movement, creative activities, as well as time for sharing, pausing, and recharging.
Depending on the weather, we will flexibly adapt the content so that we can meaningfully and relaxedly experience nature even in rain or cooler temperatures.
The event will be conducted jointly by my cooperation partner Florian Mämpel and me, Catharina Schütze.
Who is the event suitable for?
This event is primarily aimed at adults who long for a break from everyday life to breathe, clear their minds, and recharge their energy. Adults who wish to share this experience with their child are warmly welcome. Children should participate accompanied by an adult guardian; the responsibility lies with the adults.
What makes this event special:
This experience invites you to feel more connection – to yourself, to your surroundings, and to other people. It offers space for mindfulness, experiencing, sharing, and rejuvenating moments in nature, without performance pressure and the pace of everyday life.
What to bring:
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Sturdy footwear with good tread
- Possibly a seat cushion
- Drinks and possibly snacks for a shared break
- Curiosity and good spirits
- Consideration for fellow participants and nature
Our events are smoke-free and alcohol-free. Those who wish to smoke can do so outside the event area – for example, on the adjacent street. We do not leave any litter behind.
What if it rains?
We are outside in all weather and experience nature as it is. In case of rain, a barn will be available as a sheltered meeting point.
Registration deadline: Friday, March 13, 2026
Duration: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM | 3 hours
Price: Adults €45 | Children (up to the age of 18) €35
Maximum group size: 18 people (minimum 12)
Location: Nature property near Hann. Münden with forest and meadow; we will share the exact meeting point with you about a week before the event via email.
