Knight's Feast at the Water Castle Westerburg

Start at 6 PM. To welcome you, a refreshing honey schnapps will be served as a sweet greeting from times gone by. Then, a hearty meal will be laid out for you, as knightly as it could be.

Menu:
- Various pickled vegetables with ham
- Pork roast cooked in honey and beer
- Blood sausage and liver sausage with farmhouse bread, lard, and spicy mustard
- Robust leek soup based on broth
- Tender wild boar roast with braised root vegetables and hearty Harzer knuckle
- Stuffed apples with dried fruits, marzipan, and vanilla sauce
- Selection of fine cheeses to conclude the meal

We will serve table wines, honey wine, and table water until dessert. Other drinks are available upon request. Subject to changes.

For entertainment, there will be musicians, jesters, minstrels, and all sorts of fun. Authentic medieval entertainment until 10 PM.
