"Undine's Water Games"

The Pyrmont Melange ensemble performs as part of "Healthy & Happy" with "Undina's Water Games," featuring compositions centered around water. The water spirit of Pyrmont is back and offers a lively, virtuosic concert with her water games. The program includes the new concert suite from the fountain music theater Undina, which once again provides the opportunity to dive into the stories of the unknown depths of the Pyrmont water world. Additionally, completely new arrangements of well-known water music will be heard: The concert begins with Antonio Vivaldi's F major "La tempesta di mare (Storm at Sea)," followed by Bedrich Smetana's masterpiece "The Moldau." We will visit Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky's "Swan Lake" and take a look at Johann Strauss's "The Blue Danube." The Polka-Mazur op. 114 "Hochquelle" by his younger brother Eduard Strauss is also on the program.
