Children's Yoga by the Sea

Yoga for Kids by the Sea on Juist Kim Maya Lorenz is looking forward to seeing you: Together with other children, you will greet the sun, the beach, the sea, and the island's animals. This half hour of yoga in the morning will wake you up and energize you. And this is how you start your holiday day right on the beach. What could be better? The children's yoga will be conducted by Kim Maya Lorenz, who we already know well for her fantastic interactive events for children as part of the Children's University. Kim Maya is also a yoga teacher. As a children's relaxation coach and RYT 500 yoga trainer, along with her unique approach, Kim Maya is the perfect person to offer children's yoga on Juist! Please bring a towel or a mat. Maximum number of children per session: 12 children The children's yoga is suitable for children aged approximately 5 to 12 years.
