A pre-Christmas atmosphere in a historic setting awaits you again on the 3rd Advent weekend, from December 11 to 13, 2026, at the 18th Otterndorf Star Market in the church square. The historic old town will once again shine in Christmas lights, and the scent of gingerbread and pine needles will fill the air. Children and adults can admire the festively decorated Star Market on Friday from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Saturday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. In many small Christmas market stalls, a variety of items will be offered. For the little ones, there will be a carousel, and of course, Santa Claus will also make an appearance at the Otterndorf Star Market. For adults, in addition to browsing the lovingly designed small market stalls, there will be Christmas musical performances by regional choirs and associations. Culinary delights will also be plentiful. Let yourself be enchanted by the magic of the Christmas season and visit a Christmas market of a very special kind - the Otterndorf Star Market!
