Forest bathing on the forest bathing trail (for children & families)

Strengthening health through the primal power of nature – a guided tour on the forest bathing path. Join us with the 10 ingredients for a relaxing forest bath. Those who bathe in the forest pause, allow themselves to be surprised, breathe consciously, open their senses, remain still, discover new things, and arrive at themselves. For me, forest bathing means discovering a space for living and well-being in nature (quote from Dr. Qing Li / Professor at Nippon Medical School in Tokyo and one of the leading experts on forest bathing). Participation is also possible for those with limited mobility (walker, wheelchair), as the path is designed to be barrier-free. The meeting point is in the ticket area of the treetop path. Duration: 1 hour. Guide: Maria Anna Schröder / Mindfulness Trainer. Participation fee: €8 / reduced €7 (for guest card holders, children).
