Aqua Fit is the ideal exercise program to really let off some steam at the end of the week and then start the weekend relaxed. The full-body workout includes elements for all ages and fitness levels – with and without aquafitness equipment. Aqua Fit trains your cardiovascular system and includes strength and coordination exercises, helping you to increase your strength, flexibility, and endurance. Aqua Fit is an open class, meaning you can join in whenever you feel like it and have the time – no registration required and completely spontaneous. It takes place every Friday at 5 PM and 6 PM. Note: maximum of 30 participants.
