"Just a quick look" is the title and indeed the process of this offer. On this short tour, you will ride the peat train in a circle, breathe in the peat air, and gain a small insight into the peat habitat. This peat train ride does not include disembarking or a guided tour. It serves as a preview for the longer rides that take you deeper into the nature reserve. It is particularly suitable for families with small children under six years old. Registration for groups of 12 or more can be made by calling 04778 81200. There are also places available for guests in wheelchairs. In this case, you must register in advance with MoorIZ via email (mooriz@ahlenmoor.de) or by phone at 04757-8189558, as the seats need to be specially prepared. Unfortunately, online ticketing is not possible in this case! Dogs are not allowed on the peat train! In extreme weather conditions, cancellations may occur.
