Long Sauna Night

Every first Saturday of the month, long sauna nights take place in the sauna landscape of the Sole-Therme Otterndorf. On these Saturdays, the sauna area is open until 1 AM, and between 10 PM and 11 PM, there is an opportunity for nude swimming in the bathing area (not in December). A visit to the sauna landscape is more than just a relaxing break – it is a blessing for body and mind. Upon entering the sauna area, the atmospheric ambiance invites you to unwind, and in the individual sweat rooms, which are actually called saunas, the pleasant warmth envelops you and enhances the feeling of relaxation. The elevated temperature gives the skin a fresh glow. The intense heat stimulates circulation and improves blood flow. The muscles relax, and tensions dissolve. A visit to the sauna acts like a balm for tired muscles and stressed nerves, and it is also a time-out for the soul. The tranquility in the sauna, interrupted only by the soft hissing of the infusion, allows you to leave everyday life behind. The mind becomes clear, and the stress of the day fades away. And to relax in a cozy atmosphere without any time pressure, the long sauna nights are back, allowing sauna enjoyment until 1 AM. Thus, the sauna landscape of the Sole-Therme Otterndorf once again becomes a place where body and mind (without any time pressure) are in harmony and new energy can be replenished – a soothing experience that lingers long after and can be complemented by culinary indulgences in the bistro until 11:30 PM.
