Whether from England, Sweden, Poland, or Belgium - musicians from all over travel to Bremen on the first weekend of August to take part in the International Maritime Festival. It's no surprise, as the open-air spectacle now attracts more than 100,000 visitors each year. In addition to around 30 music acts, the free festival of maritime music offers an exciting supporting program and many culinary delights against the fitting backdrop of the Weser River.
